How do I cancel or change my order?
As easy as by contacting us via email, call, or Contact Us page.
How much does it cost for delivery?
All standard delivery from us are FREE with no minimum order, no promo code needed, and no time limit.
Can I receive my order the next day?
Yes, you can for a $20 express postage fee. Simply place your urgent order by 2 pm, and mention that you need your order to be sent by Express Post delivery.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of invoice date to us with no re-stocking or any other extra fee. All you need to do is to contact us by any means to request a Return Authorization (RA) number, and to return the goods to us in re-saleable condition with all swing tickets, labels, and paperwork attached.
Where is my order?
You can track your delivery using the tracking number that we send with the copy of your invoice via email. Or, have our invoice or your purchase order at hand, and call us on 03 9580 6488. Any of our team member will be able to track the progress of your order for you.
